Meaning: to give someone all the latest information about something (현 상황을 알려주다 / 이해시켜주다)

eg)

1. I guess I should bring you up to speed on what's happened since I came to see you yesterday.
2. Can I bring you up to speed over dinner? 저녁 먹으면서 어떻게 된 건지 얘기해줘도 될까?
3. Just to bring everybody up to speed, I've put together a brief report.
